Professional holiday lighting is a full seasonal service: design, commercial-grade lights, installation, bulb replacement, takedown, and storage.
Professional Christmas light installation is a managed seasonal service, not simply someone hanging a set of lights. Surfside plans the display with you, supplies the commercial-grade lighting through a seasonal loan program, installs it, provides in-season maintenance and bulb replacement, then takes the display down and stores it for the next year.
The first step is a conversation about the property, the areas you want illuminated, the look you prefer, access, and scheduling. Homes, commercial buildings, storefronts, and HOA properties can all be quoted. Common display areas include rooflines, gutter lines, trees, and columns.
Surfside supplies commercial-grade lights through its seasonal loan program. That means the service includes the lighting needed for the agreed display rather than asking the customer to purchase, organize, and store the equipment independently.
After you approve the free custom quote, a 50% deposit is due. Surfside then purchases the equipment and material and installs the display. The remaining 50% is collected after installation. Christmas light installation has a $750 minimum.
If a bulb goes out during the season, in-season maintenance and bulb replacement are included. After the holidays, Surfside returns for takedown and keeps the display equipment in off-season storage for the next year.
Installation typically occurs from November 1 through December 24. Takedown typically occurs from January 2 through January 31. These are approximate seasonal windows, not guaranteed dates, so the custom quote discussion is the right time to cover scheduling.

Use the design and quote conversation to plan your holiday display, property access, and approximate seasonal timing without relying on a guaranteed date.
Homes, storefronts, commercial buildings, and HOA properties can all use the same complete seasonal program, with the design tailored to the property.
