Christmas Light Installation on the Space Coast
Surfside provides a complete seasonal Christmas lighting service for homes, commercial buildings, storefronts, and HOAs. We design your display, supply commercial-grade lights through our seasonal loan program, install and maintain them, then take them down and store them for the next year.

What to Expect
Start with a free custom quote. After you approve the design and price, you pay a 50% deposit. Surfside then purchases the equipment and material for the seasonal loan display, installs it, and collects the remaining 50%. Installations typically take place from November 1 through December 24. Takedowns typically take place from January 2 through January 31. Those windows are approximate and are not scheduling guarantees.

Surfside supplies the commercial-grade lighting for the agreed display through a seasonal loan program and manages the complete cycle: design, installation, in-season maintenance and bulb replacement, takedown, and off-season storage for the next year.

Each quote is based on the property and the areas you want lit. Common display areas include rooflines, gutter lines, trees, and columns. Commercial buildings, storefronts, and HOA properties receive the same custom planning rather than a one-size-fits-all package.
